About The Dark Easter

The room was silent as Stella stood in the centre, her arms crossed and her face twisted in a scowl. Her eyes were blazing with anger and her lips were pressed together in a tight line. She was breathing heavily, her chest rising and falling with each breath. Her fists were clenched at her sides. Cathy was standing a few feet away, her eyes wide. She was trembling slightly, her hands clasped together in front of her. She was trying to explain something to Stella, but Stella wasn't listening. She was too angry to hear what Cathy was saying. The atmosphere in the longue was thick with tension. Stella's anger was palpable, and Cathy's fear was almost tangible. The air seemed to be charged with emotion, and the silence was deafening. "Honestly Cathy! I‟m highly disappointed in you. How dear you walked into my home and lay such a false allegation against my sweet husband? How much were you paid to destroy my home? How could you allow my enemies to get through to you my beloved sister, after all, we have done for you?" Stella shouted interrupting Cathy, her voice echoing off the walls.
