The Divide

A happily married man who has an unhealthy addiction to loud music falls asleep in his study one night with the earphones of his music phone stuck in his ears and wakes up to find his wife, child and housemaid murdered.
Arrested and sentenced to jail, he is freed by a sect of Islamic militants. Therein begins a race against time to cross a land fractured by sectarian violence and political upheaval in order to find the people who killed his family and find out why, before the police and his pursuers catch up with him.
