Isn't summer supposed to be fun? Emilia used to think so. But now that she's taken on night shifts at Pizza! Pizza! and agreed to house sit for her friend, Jane, the local librarian, she barely has enough time to even sleep anymore. Could her new friend, Yvette, be an answer to her problems?
Tommy isn't having such a great summer himself. His parents are behaving like total space aliens. He feels like he's losing his mind! So, when Emilia invites him to house sit with her in the Ivy Hills, there's no way he's going to say no.
