The Kids in the Cloud

Mr. Bowltre has been healed, and his wands given to the Wand Chasers for safe-keeping. Grayson's parents remember him, and all is right with the world. Or is it? Still in the midst of summer, Grayson realizes that something else about his new neighborhood has been bothering him. When a woman mistakes him for her own missing child, it dawns on him what the problem is. There are no other kids around. At all. And more and more parents are beginning to wonder where their children have gone or if they were ever even real in the first place. Then, when Jonah's wand goes haywire, one of the lost kids appears inside his cloud, leading Grayson and his friends to rediscover a wand called "World-Opener." With a name like that, anything is possible, and before they know it, they're knee deep in swamp water and running from the megaboa. Grayson and his friends must use all their wits to return the other kids to their hometown as well as figure out how to get back home themselves. All while trying to find out what the mysterious Toad-Boy wants from them.
