The Killer's Identity

Navy veteran men keep coming up tortured and murdered. FBI agents Jackson and Cunningham have been chasing this serial killer for almost a decade. Could it be a coincidence that one of the men that are dying could be the one that kidnapped and raped her mother years ago? When they catch a break and find a witness to one of the kidnappings it leads them to the one person Agent Jackson would have never thought to look.
