December of the year 2000. The Carmichael Family Reunion is something everyone looks forward to every year, hosted by Grandma at her wonderful house in the woody outskirts of Coldwater, Ontario. But this time, no one will be going home, because something is out there, lurking in the shadows cast by the sunset... watching from the darkness of the night... and slowly, it approaches. The Carmichaels don't know what it is or where it came from. All they know is that it wants to get inside.
