The Legend of Illuminaria

Emperor Justus and his only heir, Prince Ariel, rules Illuminaria, a prosperous, peaceful kingdom. Unexpectedly, treason is introduced by First Knight Lucien, creating imbalance and setting off upheaval. Lucien rigorously campaigns to convince the subjects to turn against Justus. The province of Vivatrania is the first to fall and is quickly sealed off to prevent its poison from spreading. A mysterious hourglass is turned at the capital, marking the time before the province self-destructs. Trapped within is Princess Taara, Ariel's bride-to-be.
