When U.S. President J. Washington Rock decides that his legacy will be resolving the Middle East conflict by destroying Israel without needing to fire a shot, he embarks on a program of leaking sensitive Israeli information, cutting funding to Israel, and proposing a Palestinian-Israeli peace plan that would destroy Israel. Aided by the United Nations and Iran, Rock''s efforts back Israel into a corner.
