The Thunder and Lightning Man

For the folks in Turlock, California, Jeffrey Scott might prove to be savior, devil, or both. Driven out from a botched job in Nevada, Jeffrey soon finds himself stranded near a small family farm. Distraught by an epic failure, the old man takes on odd jobs while planning his next move. Word soon spreads of the rainmaker's abilities in the drought-ridden community, splitting the citizens into two camps: one who pleads with Mr. Scott to bring rain and one that wants him ran out of town. Now, Jeffrey has to decide his fate and the price may be too high, regardless of the decision.
