The WidowMaker

The WidowMaker is a weapon, generally a 6-shot Colt .44, and in the hands of the right person, a killing machine. Using one was a lesson that Jesse McPherson would learn over and again as he was enticed by the siren call of the old West in the years following the brutal war fought between the Northern and Southern states. Riding away from the Cumberland Gap family farm at 19, he returned seven years later a different person, hardened by a world he never expected, and would never soon forget.
