Six months ago, a terrorist attack left America stunned and scarred. Shawn Kidd, a man with a shattered soul of his own, has chosen to wage a one-man war on the mercenaries responsible for the attacks. Taking on the guise of the infamous Norwegian, he has methodically worked through the list of assassins, eliminating those responsible for the horror of the previous fall.
But, his efforts have unearthed a bigger threat than he or his handlers could have possibly expected, and his work has drawn the attention of a dangerous group intent on bringing its own measure of order to the world.
