This is a true story, it is a war story, it is an anti-war story, and it is a love story. TJ's War is the remarkable story of a Scottish Highlander and the people he encountered in World War II. Between 1939 and 1945, TJ operated in the UK, Norway, Ireland, USA, Canada, Bermuda, Italy and Austria. He was briefed by Churchill more than once, was personally thanked by Franklin Roosevelt, worked with the COI (CIA's forerunner), bounced between Sir Stewart Menzies (the original 'M') and the head of the Free Norwegian Army, made friends with the Mafia, and single-handedly captured the most powerful leader of the Gestapo outside Germany. Throughout it all, TJ simply wanted the peace and time to love Liz, a fellow MI6 agent. But, in war, who gets what they want?
