How can a person of faith have a mental illness? After the shock of the diagnosis, through therapy and in-depth study of P.T.S.D., I developed a personal approach during therapy to managing my P.T.S.D. I use it every day and believe it will benefit others.Our traumatic experiences need not define us. They can instead propel us toward greater purpose and fulfillment.
