Liked the strategies it gave and kept reminding how a toddler is very fragile. Enjoyed the book and made connections with past experiences to understand my toddler better. Also liked how this book posted examples of how to respond to negative actions of a toddler.
I bought this for my sister who hates to read but is dealing with the start of the terrible two’s and seems to have trouble with discipline because of our upbringing. I purchased this book after waiting quite a while thinking I would need time away from kids to read the chapters but it's broken down into such an easy to read manner that even as a busy mom you can grab it and read a little before you need to run around again. Easy read too before bed. TONS of great info! Incredibly worthwhile when you need to change up some behaviors as an adult to help support your child in your best way possible.
