True Story of the Big Red Onion

This is a magical fantasy children's picture book, for ages 3-8. It takes place on a ship, in the Caribbean (not so long ago). Princess Sophia has a strong desire for a bagel, lox, and cream cheese sandwich, with a big slice of red onion, right in the middle. The problem occurs when the Princess has a terrible time getting a big red onion that is not wilted.
