Unpopulated Fields is a book of poetry exploring different places in pursuit of the 'local'. Sometimes the local is an understanding, sometimes it might be a telling detail. Poetry is an act of exploration- it requires us to explore every nook and cranny. Unpopulated Fields has been written with this sense of discovery in mind.
