Vintage Art: Georg Dionysius Ehret: 20 Botanical Fine Art Prints is a curated portfolio of selected works by Georg Dionysius Ehret (1708-1770), a German botanist and entomologist. Ehret was renowned for his detailed botanical illustrations, he was initially employed as a gardener's apprentice. His early illustrations circa 1735-1736 were produced in collaboration with keen botanists, Carl Linnaeus and George Clifford. Throughout this collection of Ehret's work, there are beautiful illustrations of flowers, fruits, plants, and insects. How to use the prints: The one-sided prints can be removed by using a box cutter or scissors, they are ideal for framing, home decor, and papercrafts.
