It is important to mention that the present work begins the semester I/2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, considering that the teaching-learning process had a 360 degree turn and moved to a virtual system that is to say the application of the existing technological means, this analysis is found in the Article "Virtual Education and its Influence on professional training at the higher technical level in academic management I-2020" published in Vol. 6 No. 6 (2022) in Ciencia Latina Revista Multidisciplinar. The article was written based on data obtained from students of the Civil Construction Career of the Technical Faculty of the Technical University of Oruro of the Plurinational State of Bolivia whose conclusion is the use of technological means both by teachers and students who were knowledge from regular down, also the practical field that is to say the use of the Workshops and Laboratories were entirely seen by the screen of the cell phone or computer and not the direct use of the mentioned equipment. The academic management carried out the same research work where a sample of students from all careers was taken.
