Voices

This series of poems was composed to bring focus to the difficulties young people face. The difficulties that sometimes result in tragedies that become part of everyone's lives. 'Voices' is a piece of work that transcends the notions of placing blame and presents the scenario in a unique perspective. Only when we are respectful of the true nature of a problem can we hope to find a solution. The author views youth on youth abuse, bullying and violence as a victim on victim problem. No one is born a bully or killer. No child is re-destined to commit acts of violence. He hopes his work will help to generate positive healthy analysis and dialogue to help make the jump to the next quantum level of civilized society.
