All teenage Wanda wants is to be a vampire and join the local vampire dance troupe, Blood Waltz, the acclaimed free-form avant garde group who actually don't do any waltzing at all. Wanda's mom is against vampires, especially dancing vampires, and she doesn't want her son to have anything to do with them. But mothers don't always know what's best, do they?
