What is this Realm

We must all have wondered at some time in our lives, what this place or realm actually is and over my lifetime, I have read countless books on the subject. Now in my late sixties I enjoy writing, listening to podcasts and videos on this subject and felt compelled to write this book.
Are we in some kind of simulation like the Matrix movie depicted?
What is the soul trap and multiverses?
Is reincarnation real? One guy I listened to on a podcast claimed, that he was shown, that we do not experience any pain or suffering when we die as our soul has already exited the physical body moments before the accident or whatever caused the death.
