When Brother's Meet

The year is 2041, and America is in dire straits US President Constance Higgins has big plans for her country, but has inherited the trillions of dollars in national debt racked up by previous presidential administrations. On the other side of the world, China looks at the United States with contempt and puts heinous plan into motion.

Meanwhile, army ranger Mike Dalton and his brother Sean, struggle with their own issues. Sean has always felt overshadowed by by his older brother, and his resentment curdles into bitterness. Mike is talented, handsome, and loved by med student Kyla MacGregor. Sean wants everything Mike has and will resort to evil means to achieve his goal.
