But when her fiancé calls and breaks off their engagement after seeing the photo online, Katrina urgently plans to return home to save her engagement.
When a pilots' strike leaves Katrina stranded and devastated, Aiden, against his better judgment, volunteers to drive Katrina home. Torn between trusting a sexy stranger and repairing her relationship with her fiancé, she reluctantly agrees.
Burned by a previous relationship, Aiden vows to keep as far away from Katrina as possible, despite his attraction to her.
Katrina, despite being drawn to Aiden's warmth and kindness, knows a relationship with him would be impossible.
When their road trip, fraught with one dangerous situation after the other, comes to an end, Katrina and Aiden will have to decide if they will continue on different paths, or if their destination is the same after all.
