In the continuing story, billionaire Art Damani and his new friends from the Australian SAS team follow clues to the terrorist Water Tiger's whereabouts, after he escaped the failed attempt to assassinate the American President and burn down the ARK. Cornering him in Estonia, the group was shocked to find that the Water Tiger left clues for them to track him. Now face to face, he does the unthinkable and asks for the help of the SAS team. He needs their help to stop a plot to start World War 3. How do you trust a terrorist, who only months before tried to kill you? Can they really turn away from stopping a World War?
