Y Cyfaill, or Hen Wlad yn America (The Friend, or Old Country in America) is a Welsh-language newspaper published in the United States from 1845 to 1895. Volumes 1-2 cover the years 1847-1856 and include articles on Welsh immigration to America, the California Gold Rush, and the Mexican-American War.
