We had the pick of the litter with 11 puppies to choose from. However, Zora is really the one who chose us! She was the one puppy biting at our feet and running around the room when we went to visit the litter. We knew immediately she was our puppy! Zora had our full attention for a couple years and then learned to share after we had our two daughters. Zora spent countless hours with me as I fed and rocked my daughters in the late night and early morning hours. I found myself writing about my four-legged companion during this time beginning with rhymes about how she came to be a part of my life. This led to the Zora book series! Young children will love the rhyming story line along with the vibrant illustrations. I know my children do!The AuthorAmanda Lowney is originally from and currently resides in Wisconsin.
