A BATTLE LOST

When Civil War breaks out on a distant colony world, Westridge the home of Daniel Shaddick and his brother Mathew is the first to fall.
Enemy troops storm the town and force the entire frightened population onto trains destined for the work camps.
In his fear and panic Daniel manages to escape from the train leaving his little brother behind.
Wracked by guilt and haunted by the look on his brother's face, Daniel vows to rescue Mathew from his dreadful fate.
So begins his own personal war to rescue his brother and find the absolution he craves.
