AGING Perspective of a child

As I went through this tough journey, I began to reflect on how many
people are knowledgeable about aging and its effects. My question to
you, are you in this process now? Or are you heading in that direction?
I can tell you; I was not conscious nor prepared on how to help my loved
ones as they age. As I stumbled my way through all, I gathered a lot of
