This is the first book in an eclectic eight novel series. The epic high fantasy adventure begins on earth and takes readers to the enchanted world of Maycly. Start in the farmland of Midland Terrain on earth where you are introduced to the protagonist Iona, a girl who has it all, loses it all, and becomes homeless. Upon the coincidental meeting of a rather odd, whimsical character Iona begins her magical journey toward her unkonwn, but ever so important destiny. Stepping away from earth, readers are thrown back 100 years on Maycly and discover the history of how this fabulous world came to be, they will meet the unique inhabitants, and will be delighted as they are immersed into the beginning of a plethora of never before created flora and fauna (soley from the fantastical imagination of the author). Readers will become familiar with the concept of good vs evil in a way that has not been done.
