"Bossing"

Maybe my name doesn't sound all that much and exciting to you, it's a common name just like any other...
But I'm sure that what got you to buy this book was quite probably my surname or better yet the verb conjugation of it. I'm not entirely sure if in your county, in your language there is a single word or a definition, but one thing I'm sure of is that the exact same concept exists all right!
Maybe it has origins like in Latin, Italian or maybe it was born in a completely different place... undoubtedly it was born along with man and evolved beside him... even to the present day.
