    Reading this book is a great way to learn about potential of your brain and how to use it better. Concentration, forcus, memory, learning are one of the most (if not the most) useful brain skills you would need in your everyday life, so I think it’s very important to work on that part, and this book shares some great exercises and tips for it. I recommend this book to everyone, especially students, because the aforementioned skills are highly beneficial for their performance in education process.

    I read a lot of running books but for me, this is the best. It's an easy read with a lot of useful training tips. His exercises have really helped me. I've been suffering for 2 years with groin/hip pain and have spent a small fortune on doctors to no avail. The exercises and training plans in this book have got me back running, pain-free. I run by myself so having a good training plan and "virtual coach" has been great. I think you'll find something helpful for your running in this book.

    This book is packed with great ideas. It is perfect to work with elders who worry about memory. The cognitive training activities are appropriate for multiple ages, and levels. It is a wonderful brain practice.
