In the fertile lands of the River, squabbling city states continue thousands of years of bloody warfare. Some fight for land, others for food, others still for personal glory. Unknown to all, a storm brews in the West. Will one man stand against the storm as it sweeps away his life? Can the River States put aside their old rivalries to face a bigger threat?
