This book opens up new taste sensations to those of us who are overly sensitive to dairy. The recipes are inviting and relate to today's tastes. I will get lots of use from it, but some of the ingredients I do not yet use and must search for them. I am excited to try out some of the recipes and will be starting with the Chile cheese dip and the lemon icebox cake. Fun and challenging.
