About Cosmic Eyes

We first meet Abe Ben Terah, who is 130 years old. His memory is failing but there are certain events in his life that are so crystal clear that he can relate them word for word, detail for detail. The tale takes place in the not-too-distant future. Something or things take over certain animals and people. The something finds itself in the mind of Jerry, and he becomes a better person. He relates better to his wife, becomes proficient at this work and develops a relationship with his son. He has a thirst to learn more of the language and so reads a dictionary and memorizes the words extremely rapidly. But then tragedy strikes. "They" reawaken in another individual called Abraham ben Terah, our storyteller. Abe, unlike Jerry, realizes there is something going on in his mind. He has all the memories of Jerry as well as some animals'. He also has the ability to reach into people. Abe's task is to save people who may be hurt in a disaster that he beleives will befall two cities. How can he convince people? We follow his struggles as he leaves with a group and wends his way to Winnipeg.
