This is the third book in the Creative Involvement trilogy, with Chinäs diplomatic transition as the theme. It believes that the creative involvement of Chinäs diplomacy into world affairs requires not only social transition that adapts to the times, but also retrospections on and improvement of Chinäs diplomatic mechanisms.
