It's time for the annual Samhain Celebration on Enchanted Island! And this year, the supernatural citizens are bringing back the time-honored tradition of the Soul Cake March. Too bad a dead body shows up under the watchful eye of Shayla and Needles. With a little less than two months until Zoie graduates high school and enrolls in the Paranormal Apprehension and Detention Agency, both Shayla and Alex feel Zoie is ready to get her feet wet and help with the investigation. Who wanted the ruthless insurance adjuster and slumlord dead? Just about everyone on Enchanted Island! Things were going smoothly until the detectives got too close and the killer almost took one of them out!
