    I found the book to be knowledgeable and easy to digest. In Chapter 2 "The Gaslighter's Playbook", the list of telltale behaviors of a gaselighter are enlightening and useful, especially if you are not sure of what you are experiencing or witnessing. I know this book would be helpful for anyone who suspects that they are dealing with a gaselighter.

    This book is very plainly written and easy to understand. Gaslighting and manipulation can be so insidious that you could be experiencing it without knowing what it is. I found the most helpful parts of this book to be the sections on recognizing gaslighting and manipulation and the section how to move on and avoid gaslighters and manipulators in the future. I'm definitely going to have my kids read this when they are older. I wish I had access to this knowledge decades ago.

    Short, sweet and to the point with wisdom and direction for dealing with gaslighting and the controlling, power hungry individuals that conduct their relationships using gaslighting techniques. Definitions, examples and ways to get out of and avoid these types of relationships in the future are provided. A very helpful and thought provoking read!
