Greek Corporate Governance Legislation, a translation of Greek Law 4706/2020 and relevant acts issued by the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission shortly thereafter, was translated within months of Law 4706/2020 being adopted by the Hellenic Parliament.
