This book gave me some new directions to go. I have been struggling with this problem for years and traditional medication has not helped. I am going to try this.
This book provides clear info that is easily researched on the HSV condition. Techniques and recommendations for mental health also included.
It was refreshing to read something written from a non-medical standpoint about something millions of people are living with but don't discuss. It's more refreshing to read that I won't be alone forever (a thought I still struggle with). If you've been living with this and haven't come to accept it, please read this book.
