    This book has the latest information out there. This book with diet plan will work. Personally the alternate day fast (ADF) diet works great for me. The fast days are really lo-cal days. Short burst workouts are quick and effective. Still learning after all these years. Good luck. Don't quit.

    I never really understood the whole idea of HIIT. This book really explained not only what it is, but the science behind it. What I especially appreciated is how to apply and put into practical use the whole concept of it. The author also included other factors that affect health and fitness – diet, nutrition, and sleep. He included sample exercises and options to use as well.
