    Trapped in lockdown and looking for an achievable workout guide I came upon this Home Workout for Beginners which, for me, exactly fitted the bill. Well written, with lots of encouragement included, it offers six weeks of do-able exercising that even I can manage. Really pleased that I downloaded it and happy to recommend.

    An easy to read and simple to follow exercise routine. I love the reference about taking care of your health and winning the lottery. I would recommend this book to everyone starting out on a fitness journey. Actually I learned from it too and I have been exercising for years.

    I ordered this because I am a fan of his motivation book and this book was aimed at me as a beginner. Reading this book and using the tools that James provides really has gotten me in a great position. I'm motivated and feeling better and have not spent hundreds of dollars to get here. I bought it for me and now my wife is reading it and working out as well!
