  It doesn't matter who you are, you are going to come across people who are going to be difficult in your life. For me, personally, as a small business owner and accountant/auditor, I come across difficult people on a regular basis. This book has been very helpful in me learning techniques to deal with these people in a more efficient manner. I'm very happy I picked up this book to learn a few new techniques for myself.
