    This book contains all you need to start on your journey to becoming a hypnotist. It breaks down all the different aspects and also types of hypnosis so the layperson can understand without becoming overwhelmed. It also gives an insight to the history and uses of hypnosis.

    I am always skeptical but this was a fun book to read. I had no idea there were so many alternative ways to influence someone’s thinking and behavior. My favorite is the visualization portion of self hypnosis. Used in conjunction with a positive attitude, this is a powerful book.
