IN VALERIAN

'In Valerian' is a series of eight stories linked by characters who time-travel, narrate or dream their way into other lives and eras, or carelessly lose important journals or documents for future friends to find. These characters are an unruly bunch, creating an affinity between the modern, the ancient and the archaic, returning with a vengeance just when the reader thinks he or she has left them safely behind.
