Inherit the Earth

After a great disaster caused the Humans to die out, most animals are doing what they can to survive.
With food running scarce, the survivors are turning against each other and many animals have gone extinct.
However, there are whispers in the forest of a mysterious being called The Animal King who has formed his own city where all creatures are welcome. He claims to be a god who has come to Earth to save the Animal Kingdom.
Although The Animal King appears to have nothing but good intentions, there are many unanswered questions. Where did he come from? What are the limits of his power? How is he going to help? More importantly, does he expect anything in return?
