Into the Light

This anthology of poetry is the second such book from British/Canadian author James Graham. If you look at the stars, as through the clear skies of the Canadian Rockies, you can experience a sense of timelessness. Maybe, also, a sense of humility and understanding that, through the miracle of life, we are part of the universe into which we gaze.
A starry night expands our minds - and that's the intention of the poetry in this book. It doesn't take us into deep space. Rather, it takes us into the deep sub-conscious, where we respond to a chord of music, the burned-fuel aroma of the open road or a line from a song that blows on the forgotten embers of an old love.
