Living a Purposeful Life

When I reached my 30th birthday I suddenly felt like something had changed, I was what I considered my father to be, a grown-up. I began to ask questions about where I was going in life and what was important to me.

That questioning process led me to explore the world of Personal Development, this journey of discovery helped me become a better person and it opened a door to a successful career in training and being a Life Coach.
The idea of this book is to encourage those in their 30s and early 40s to take some time. Read, take notes and reflect on the questions that you will be asking yourself, then plan and build a successful and happy life. ~ Tony Nutley
