Lucy the Lionhearted

This is the story of Lucy the Lion-hearted, the bravest girl in the woods. She lived in a yellow house at the edge of the woods with her mother the rocket scientist, her father the helicopter pilot, and her little sister Sarah-with-the-Silent-H. Lucy was 11, with light brown hair and easy, brown eyes. Sarah was 10, almost as tall as Lucy, and had dark hair and deep, dark eyes. People often thought they were twins. In fact, they were as different as day and night.
