I bought this book last year. I hate cooking and only cook about 1X a week. I've liked every recipe that I've tried out of it. It also has great cooking tips for people like me who hate cooking and don't know how long to grill vegetables, etc. The book doesn't assume that you know what you're doing, it give you tips and stuff. There are nice pictures and variations for almost every recipe. If you are looking for ANY type of Mediterranean cookbook, then this book is a MUST for you.
