Really enjoying this book as a mental health professional and as an anxiety sufferer. The writing style is very accessible and the exercises are useful. I like that there are audio and text downloads available. The premise isn't really a new one. In fact the theory is Buddhist at it's core. I recommend this book to anyone who is suffering from anxiety, worry or panic attacks and is ready to work towards helping themselves live a rewarding life again.
